About the role

This is a great role to kick-start your career with Nine as a Sales Coordinator in our Radio division. You'll be responsible for supporting our sales team and delivering solutions whilst ensuring superior service and results for a designated agency and client group.

The role will work within a fast-paced, high-performing and energetic sales team who push boundaries and are leaders in the Broadcast media industry.

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Booking and revising advertising schedules within the context of an advertising campaign
  • Communicating with clients to ensure smooth running of advertising campaigns
  • Accommodate and prioritise a number of concurrent advertising campaigns
  • Liaise with advertising agencies to coordinate bookings, revisions and rates for advertising campaigns
  • Confirm phone bookings with agency/client via email
  • Data entry of advertising schedules to sales and traffic system
  • Monitor movement of advertising schedule in the traffic system and act to ensure appropriate delivery
  • General administrative tasks for Sales team.
