Team highlights
Teams come together at the two-day REAio Hackathon sessions must be seen to be believed. Everyone in the company is invited to get involved (both in person or virtually) and you can truly feel the buzz. Employees have the opportunity to step away from their regular day job and work on any project they choose or feel passionately about.
The team at REA take financial years very seriously, it is when they re-set goals, lean into big initiatives, and of course kick it off in style. At ‘TKO' (Tech Kick Off) the Tech, UX, Design and Product communities come together to understand common strategies, celebrate successes, be inspired by what’s ahead, share what they’ve learnt with each other, learn new skills, play and have some fun.
