The latter of these has led an ongoing commercial partnership between Mad Paws and Qantas. Mad Paws also maintains official partnerships with Pawssum Vet to Home Services and dog breed authority Dogz Online. In September 2018, Mad Paws was ranked #14 in LinkedIn's Top 25 Australian Startups of 2018. In April 2019, Mad Paws won the Australian Small Business Champion Award for Pet Services.
