‍Introducing Prompts

We know that crafting a perfect cover letter that showcases who you are and what you can do is often a daunting task (and let’s face it, half the time we’re not even sure if they’re read!). So we’ve introduced a way to share bite-sized glimpses of your personality, interests and aspirations for hiring managers and talent teams to see - served up in a way that will actually get noticed!  

Prompts are a new way to spark interest from talent teams and hiring managers, enabling you to share anecdotes that reveal your problem-solving abilities, your commitment to teamwork, or your resilience in the face of challenges. It's a chance to express who you are beyond a resume or cover letter, and better yet they take a lot less time to create. Prompts that you answer live on your Hatch profile, and are included in every application that you submit on Hatch.

Introducing Projects

Your Hatch profile is now powered with a way to show, not just tell talent teams and hiring managers about work that you’ve done and projects that you’ve completed. You can now upload and showcase projects on your Hatch profile from previous jobs or your time at university.

Think of your projects section of your Hatch profile like a portfolio to show the work you’re most proud of. Whether it's a marketing campaign that generated impressive results, a coding project that solved a complex issue, or a university project that demonstrates your knowledge and expertise. Sharing projects on your Hatch profile is a powerful way of showing what you’re capable of with potential employers beyond words on a page.
