We’ve recently made a tiny but mighty addition to Hatch roles - the ability to add a salary range to your roles.
Seeing a salary upfront makes candidates more likely to apply for a role - in fact, 91% of job seekers are more likely to apply to a position if it listed a salary range.
When candidates apply for roles that now include a salary - they’ll be shown the salary range as part of the role as well as within their application, where they’re asked whether the salary range aligns with their expectations - and have the opportunity to leave a comment.
Beyond skills, values and working styles - salary is additional way to know if someone’s the right fit for the role, and enables you to get alignment upfront.
