MYOB has been recognised as one of the Top Graduate Employers of 2023 as well as being a 2022 finalist for Talent Acquisition Team of the Year.
MYOB’s Future Makers Academy is all about bringing people from diverse backgrounds together to build meaningful software for customers. The program is for anyone who has experience in software development (formal or self-taught) from recent graduates right through to mid-career switches. Their DevelopHer scholarships for women aim to bridge the diversity gap by helping more females launch a career in software development.
Our Story
The Hatch story started when good friends Adam Jacobs (Ex THE ICONIC Founder) and Chaz Heitner (Ex Zip Co-founder) came together to build something they were deeply passionate about.
Both founders believe that traditional hiring processes are broken and limit people from finding work that’s a good fit for them. Since founding the company, Adam and Chaz have built a team that shares their mission and are both confident they will continue to build an impactful global company for many years to come.
