Next, select whether you’re hiring for a permanent role or short-term role - Hatch supports both! Short-term roles include project-based work and paid internships.

P.S. If you’re looking to post an intern role, you can also choose for Hatch to help you handle onboarding and payroll.

Hatch supports both permanent roles and short-term roles, including intern roles!

Once you’ve selected the type of role you’re hiring for, it’s time to choose up to 3 key strengths needed to succeed in your role. This allows Hatch to match you to motivated candidates who showcase these strengths.

So, you can go beyond the resume to find the right people based on the skills and values you need.

Choosing 3 strengths for your role helps Hatch match you to the right candidates.

Post your role even faster using an existing job description!

After selecting the 3 strengths for your role, you’ll land on a signup page that has the option for you to share your job ad or JD with us. Once you’ve shared your job using our simple form, we’ll get in touch to help you create a great looking role on Hatch.
