Our application review dashboard has had an upgrade, making it easier to review and action candidates.

We’ve made some big improvements that make reviewing and actioning candidates on Hatch quicker and more efficient - making it easier to make sure that everyone who applies for your role receives an outcome, and cutting down the time it takes to progress candidates onto the next stage.

New ways to prioritise and focus your review

No more sifting through applications individually only to see that unfortunately some candidates don’t meet criteria that for your role is non-negotiable. You can now filter candidates based on how complete someone’s application is, or whether they have certain attributes that are particularly important or relevant to your role or hiring process.

You can use filtering along with bulk selecting to take actions on candidates that do or don’t meet certain criteria by:

  1. Applying a filter
  2. Selecting all candidates
  3. Selecting an action, and move candidates to the new, nominated state

Ensure every candidate gets an outcome

No more having to navigate through each and every candidate to action them. You can now progress or decline groups of candidates, without needing to manually action each one. Whether it's shortlisting, progressing to interview or unfortunately declining, you can now ensure that no candidate is overlooked - without the time it takes to go through applications individually.

We’re always adding new ways to help you bring the next generation of talent into your team. If there’s a feature you’d love to see on Hatch to help the way you hire, let us know by emailing us at ask@hatch.team.
